Responsibilities
- Lead Veeva Vault technical delivery through hands-on configuration, solution design, enhancements, releases, and support.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Vault configurations and technical solution designs, including feasibility analysis and estimation.
- Develop custom functionality using the Veeva Vault Java SDK and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Build, support, and troubleshoot integrations using Vault APIs.
- Manage configuration migrations, deployments, release readiness, and version control across sandbox and production environments.
- Support testing, defect triage, release execution, and post-deployment hypercare for escalated technical issues.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with quality assurance, business stakeholders, and delivery leads.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience configuring Veeva Vault objects, workflows, lifecycles, access, permissions, Dynamic Access Control, and security models.
- Hands-on experience developing custom logic and extensions with the Veeva Vault Java SDK.
- Working knowledge of Veeva Vault APIs, system integrations, data flows, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with Vault configuration migration, deployment, release management, and production readiness.
- Experience leading technical delivery in Agile, cross-functional, and distributed team environments.
- Experience managing technical stakeholders and mentoring team members.
- Experience with regulated content platforms such as PromoMats, MedComms, RIM, or QMS in pharmaceutical or life sciences is preferred.
