Responsibilities
- Identify automation opportunities across billing operations, pricing configuration, and fraud monitoring.
- Build lightweight AI-powered tools, scripts, and workflows using modern tooling.
- Rapidly prototype solutions such as automated ticket triage and anomaly flagging.
- Iterate and improve automation based on real-world usage and team feedback.
- Document automation logic and processes clearly for auditability.
- Provide day-to-day support across billing configuration tasks with high accuracy.
- Help triage and resolve billing-related issues while building automated solutions.
- Support fraud monitoring workflows by assisting with case handling and flagging.
- Work closely with Billing Engineering, Payments, Compliance, and Fraud teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technical operations and workflow automation.
- Hands-on delivery experience with LLM integrations, scripting, or operational tooling.
- Comfortable using AI APIs to build practical automation solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline.
- Good communicator with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in an agile environment.
