Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments spanning multiple process areas, business units, and geographies.
- Define technical blueprints integrating the Celonis platform with customer systems, data strategies, and transformation goals.
- Make architectural trade-off decisions and own solution quality, scalability, production readiness, and outcome delivery across engagements.
- Design AI deployment-agent workflows, specifications, templates, checkpoints, and quality gates for complex multi-workstream projects.
- Serve as a senior technical advisor to strategic customers and support pre-sales scoping, feasibility validation, project shaping, and executive presentations.
- Work with Deployment Engineers to implement complex and early-stage Celonis use cases and maintain feedback cycles with Product and Engineering.
- Develop domain-specific solution patterns, reference architectures, and reusable best practices.
- Set standards and multiply the effectiveness of Deployment Engineers across a portfolio of four or more concurrent clients.
- Contribute to hiring, interviewing, mentoring, internal enablement, documentation, community leadership, and practice development.
- Feed customer insights and field experience into platform development and roadmap planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators.
- At least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility on large-scale projects.
- Proven ability to design complex solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI.
- Expert-level Celonis platform knowledge, including the Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, automation and orchestration engine, and AI modules.
- Working knowledge of Python and experience with AI-augmented delivery workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
- Experience with context engineering, multi-agent system design, or AI validation at scale.
- Deep expertise in at least one major process domain or industry vertical.
- Track record of trusted-advisor relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders and of communicating technical trade-offs to senior leadership.
- Experience leading workshops, design sessions, and strategic reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring technical staff, setting quality standards, and contributing to organizational capability development.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
