Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert on systems integrations during major sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, RFPs, and custom proof-of-concepts evaluations.
- Conduct technical deep dive discussions to architect integrations and advise customers.
- Support sales teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration designs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to stay updated on product capabilities and future direction.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts in producing high-quality sales proposals.
- Maintain all sales cycle activities within the Salesforce.com CRM system.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in the technology industry or an Enterprise Cloud-based Software company.
- Expertise in selling, configuring, and delivering software demonstrations.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, FreeMarker, HTML, CSS, and Powershell scripting.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of web applications, SaaS architecture, and cloud computing.
- Strong relationship-building skills across stakeholders in R&D, marketing, sales, and engineering.
- Willingness to travel as required (estimated 25%).
