Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert on systems integrations during major sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and custom proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Lead technical deep-dive discussions, architect integrations, and advise customers on best practices.
- Support sales teams with client meetings and custom integration design options.
- Coordinate with R&D, technical integrations, and partner integrations teams on product capabilities and future direction.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by producing high-quality sales proposals and supporting assets.
- Maintain sales-cycle activities in Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, ideally in the technology industry or an enterprise cloud-based software company.
- Expertise selling, configuring, implementing, and demonstrating software products or solutions for enterprise customers.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, FreeMarker, HTML, and CSS; PowerShell, ASP.NET, and C# experience is a plus.
- Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift, with Kubernetes listed as preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of web applications, SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and programming.
- Understanding of the privacy industry, regulatory environment, industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Ability to build relationships across R&D, marketing, sales, and engineering stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
