Remediation Pod - Senior Solution Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead technical assessments of Salesforce product configurations against intended customer use cases and identify gaps from out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Perform hands-on stabilization and reconfiguration of Agentforce Life Sciences components and conduct root-cause analysis of configuration failures.
- Establish architectural guardrails, advise on scope compression, and provide technical status updates during triage meetings.
- Provide configuration guidance to systems integration partners and delivery teams, including coaching on correct implementation patterns.
- Review AFLS-specific customizations and resolve deviations from product standards.
- Validate go-live acceptance criteria, resolve critical configuration defects, and document resolutions, decisions, and known issues.
- Validate the performance and behavior of agentic capabilities embedded in CRM.
- Support triage, scoping, account risk assessment, and POD sizing for high-risk accounts.
- Maintain implementation blueprints, code packages, and quick-start configuration guides, and contribute product feedback on gaps, bugs, and mobile sync issues.
- Support partner enablement and certification sessions and participate in quarterly health assessment interviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience architecting or implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions, including hands-on configuration and code review experience.
- Deep expertise in Agentforce Life Sciences for Customer Engagement (AFLS4CE) or an equivalent Life Sciences or Health Cloud product suite.
- Strong root-cause analysis skills and experience stabilizing at-risk technical implementations.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect credential is preferred.
- Experience coaching systems integration partners on out-of-the-box implementation patterns is preferred.
- Familiarity with validating agentic or AI capabilities within CRM is preferred.
