Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce systems design and architectural standards and drive best practices throughout the systems delivery lifecycle.
- Provide architectural input and design authority for ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including custom applications and integrations.
- Develop and maintain low-level and high-level design documentation.
- Provide input to bids and assist with presenting proposals to potential clients.
- Bring innovative solution ideas and thought leadership to existing clients and bids.
- Manage and administer ServiceNow in SaaS environments.
Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Broad experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules, custom applications, and integrations.
- Experience developing and maintaining low-level and high-level design documentation.
- Broad experience across the Now Platform.
- Experience managing and administering ServiceNow in SaaS environments.
- Understanding of architectural structures within ServiceNow SaaS and on-premises environments.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is expected.
- Any ServiceNow implementation certification is expected.
- ITIL Foundation certification is expected.
- Ability to obtain SC security clearance, including continuous UK residence for the last five years.
- Sole UK Nationals are required for security reasons.
