Responsibilities
- Translate prospect requirements and legacy constraints into actionable integration approaches aligned with onboarding and integration playbooks.
- Run technical discovery and solution-design workshops with underwriters, actuaries, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Guide customers through RFPs, RFIs, due diligence, security reviews, and technical evaluations.
- Design, build, and present Proofs of Value, Proofs of Concept, demos, and technical presentations.
- Test new features in real-world scenarios as “Customer Zero” and provide feedback to Product Engineering.
- Create reusable integration libraries, reference architectures, demo environments, playbooks, and other technical assets.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Engineering to align technical work with deal strategy and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience leading technical solution design and integration for complex B2B or enterprise software opportunities, ideally in insurance, financial services, or another regulated data-heavy domain.
- Experience running technical evaluations and POVs with business, IT, and security stakeholders through RFP/RFI, due diligence, and technical Q&A processes.
- Experience designing and documenting solution architectures using patterns such as APIs, event-driven integrations, and identity and access management.
- Experience building and delivering tailored Proofs of Concept or Proofs of Value that contributed to winning or expanding high-value accounts.
- Experience partnering with Sales and using structured sales methodologies to align technical work with deal strategy and stakeholder influence.
- Experience contributing to shared technical assets and standards, including playbooks, reference diagrams, or demo environments.
- Comfort using AI tools as a natural part of documentation, troubleshooting, analysis, and technical delivery.
- Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, evolving requirements, complex legacy environments, and high-visibility customer engagements.
