Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers building full-stack and distributed solutions for regulatory needs.
- Design and deliver robust cloud-based solutions in collaboration with digital product managers.
- Work with distributed systems, microservices, and full-stack applications.
- Stay current with technology trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in internal and external technology communities.
- Mentor members of the engineering community and occasionally write or evaluate code.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience required; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 1 year of cloud computing experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 9+ years of experience with Python, TypeScript, or React preferred.
- 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service preferred.
- 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks preferred.
- At least 1 year of people management experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile practices preferred.
- Experience using interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion preferred.

- Full-time annual base salary varies by location from $209,000 to $286,200.
- Performance-based incentive compensation may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
