Responsibilities
- Design and deliver software features with appropriate architecture in collaboration with engineers, product managers, designers, and partners.
- Write clean, high-quality, scalable, durable, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Develop and operate machine learning detection and blocking systems for identity protection and anti-fraud use cases.
- Monitor production systems, detect issues early, and support reliable uninterrupted operation.
- Identify test coverage gaps, implement appropriate tests, and resolve quality issues.
- Use customer feedback, business requirements, and metrics to guide prioritization and measure success.
- Participate in hiring, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- A master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of technical engineering experience is an alternative preferred qualification.
- Ability to solve problems amid ambiguity, iterate rapidly, and contribute to inclusive collaborative teams.
Benefits
- The role is based in Ireland and lists a typical base pay range of €49,500.00–€83,900.00 per year.
