Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end multi-agent systems using the Claude Code SDK, Anthropic API, and Model Context Protocol.
- Design agent workflows for pharmaceutical data ingestion, transformation, validation, analytics, CRM synchronization, and commercial operations.
- Build Claude Code plugins, skill packs, MCP servers, custom tool integrations, and agentic ETL and data-quality pipelines.
- Develop agent evaluation frameworks and improve performance, reliability, observability, and error handling.
- Integrate agents with AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, CRM systems, and pharmaceutical data sources.
- Drive the architecture of a modular, scalable AI-native commercial data platform with embedded governance, compliance, and security.
- Define Claude Code development standards, lead architectural reviews, plan technical roadmaps, and mentor engineers.
- Participate in client discussions, RFP responses, solution design, proof-of-concept development, and tailored agent deployments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Claude Code CLI, including slash commands, hooks, settings, and IDE integrations.
- Experience building agents with the Anthropic Claude Agent SDK and Anthropic API, including tool use, multi-turn interactions, and computer use.
- Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol, including consuming and building MCP servers.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering, system prompts, few-shot examples, chain-of-thought, XML-structured outputs, and agent personas.
- Experience with production-grade agentic or LLM-powered applications, robust error handling, retries, and observability.
- Experience with cloud platforms, with Azure and Databricks identified as must-have skills.
- Strong data-engineering background covering ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, SQL, and data warehouses.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, enterprise integrations, containerization, and orchestration.
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical commercial operations, life sciences data, or healthcare analytics experience preferred.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial datasets, CRM and field-force processes, compliance requirements, and specialty therapy areas preferred.
- Experience building commercial pharma analytics products such as dashboards, KPI engines, field reporting, or call-plan optimization preferred.
