Responsibilities
- Create and maintain highly scalable infrastructure solutions based on KVM Linux, Kubernetes, and public cloud providers.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system performance and issues across operating systems and applications.
- Maintain platform security and observability using nftables and monitoring tools.
- Manage and deploy systems and software across Kubernetes, OpenStack, and diverse environments.
- Develop and maintain automation tools using Python, Golang, and Bash.
- Troubleshoot Linux networking and security issues, manage firewall technologies, and ensure secure access across global platforms and applications.
Requirements
- Demonstrated exploration and integration of AI tools to improve workflows and problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of web security, protocols, and SSH.
- Technical aptitude with PGP, SSH, PKI, and multifactor authentication.
- Deep knowledge of DHCP, ARP, subnetting, routing, NAT, firewalls, IPv4, and IPv6.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
- At least 5 years of experience in Linux/UNIX systems administration or SysAdmin roles.
- Preferred: extensive OpenStack and Ceph experience, deep Linux expertise from dedicated SysAdmin roles, and proficiency with HashiCorp Vault.
