Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solutions in Palantir Foundry, including Ontology, Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Workshop, Quiver, and Contour.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, Spark, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Design and build responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Use AWS and Azure services to deliver performant, reliable, and scalable platform services.
- Support end-to-end service quality, testing, deployment, monitoring, CI/CD workflows, and incident management.
- Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and resolve issues within Palantir Foundry.
- Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional partners to address technical challenges and keep product development on track.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for users and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Palantir Foundry, Python, Spark, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience building scalable and secure backend services.
- Extensive experience building interactive and responsive user interfaces with React.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web and API security.
- Familiarity with microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectural patterns.
- Experience improving developer experience and application-user workflows.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure services and scalable, resilient cloud architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles and experience automating deployment workflows.
- Experience monitoring services and managing incidents.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including coordination with platform engineering, UX/UI design, and DevOps teams.
