Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy numerous AI agents for the Wingman team.
- Work directly with customers to understand technical and business challenges and turn them into scalable solutions.
- Own projects end-to-end from requirements through deployment and iteration.
- Debug complex issues across applications, integrations, APIs, and workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience, with a Senior/SDE2/SDE3/Senior SDE profile.
- Strong backend engineering background.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI agents in production.
- Startup background is strongly preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
