Responsibilities
- Interview corporate clients and define requirements for mobile device services, kitting, help desks, and MDM.
- Support device selection, initial setup, application installation, license management, security configuration, MDM enrollment, asset management, packaging, and shipping.
- Design and build help desk structures, escalation flows, operational reporting, and improvement processes.
- Define MDM requirements, create tenants and groups, configure profiles, integrate MDM with Active Directory and SSO, and support administrator training.
- Provide post-implementation troubleshooting, customer meetings, operational support, security and device updates, and solution expansion proposals.
- Develop project plans, manage progress and issues, prepare quotes and invoices, and coordinate with Sales, Development, and Support.
Requirements
- Experience proposing and implementing IT solutions for corporate clients.
- Practical experience with kitting services, help desk construction and operation, and MDM implementation and management.
- Fundamental knowledge of mobile devices.
- Strong customer negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 600 or higher and business-level Japanese proficiency, including client communication, negotiation, and presentations.
- Preferred qualifications include business-level English equivalent to TOEIC 800, sales or pre-sales experience, cloud services knowledge, basic network and security knowledge, and project planning and management experience.
- Preferred personal qualifications include proactively taking on challenges, collaborating with stakeholders, and anticipating customer needs.
