Base Salary
$183k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to 0-to-1 solution engineering, architecture design, and debugging for complex agentic workflows.
- Stress-test features, influence product roadmaps, and implement evaluation frameworks.
- Develop architectural frameworks and reusable technical assets.
- Engage C-suite stakeholders and manage cross-functional delivery teams across partner organizations.
- Implement best practices for delivering agentic solutions across multiple customer deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles focused on enterprise systems.
- At least 3 years of experience writing code in one or more programming languages, such as Python or Java.
- Experience with Large Language Models, prompt development, and conversational AI frameworks.
- Preferred experience building and scaling complex production systems, working on multi-stakeholder technical projects, and setting up Google Cloud Platform environments and cloud architectures.
- Preferred experience with telecom customer deployments, technical consulting, governance, security, procurement, and bridging LLM capabilities with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders.
Benefits
- US base salary of $183000 - $265000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- Canada base salary of $204000 - $209000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
