Base Salary
$203k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with AI scientists to create and refine data-driven features and build pipelines for training and deploying models.
- Build machine-learning-ready feature pipelines.
- Implement, refine, and design machine learning and other algorithms.
- Run A/B tests, collect data, and evaluate the impact of models.
- Monitor and maintain production models.
- Collaborate with product managers, AI scientists, and product engineers and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential connection to customer benefits.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of data science tools and frameworks including Python, Scikit, NLTK, NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras, R, and Spark.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques including classification, regression, and clustering.
- Understanding of machine learning principles such as training and validation.
- Knowledge of SQL and data query and processing tools.
- Computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, performance complexity, and computer architecture implications for software performance.
- Software engineering fundamentals including version control systems, Git, GitHub, workflows, and production-ready coding.
- Experience deploying highly scalable software supporting millions or more users.
- Experience integrating applications and platforms with AWS and GCP.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presenting technical material to non-technical users.
