Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept exercises for AI-powered customer support.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions in partnership with sales.
- Engage with customers to understand their business goals and technical needs.
- Run proof-of-concept engagements as the primary technical resource.
- Build clear implementation plans for smooth handoffs to engineering teams.
- Develop and modify demo applications using AI-assisted development tools.
- Gather insights from customer interactions to inform product development.
Requirements
- Strong curiosity and self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
- Technical fluency in NodeJS/NextJS/TypeScript stack.
- Foundational knowledge of software development lifecycle and cloud infrastructure.
- Sales engineering or pre-sales experience with a track record of success.
- Ability to communicate technical content effectively to senior audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with decision-makers.
