Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of robust, scalable full-stack systems for AI-powered agentic experiences within the GKE ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to define and implement features and user interfaces.
- Drive technical decisions and best practices for building and productionizing applications using technologies such as Go, Java, TypeScript, Angular, OneMCP, and Google Cloud Platform services.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers while fostering technical excellence and innovation.
- Evaluate advancements in AI, large language models, and agentic frameworks to identify opportunities and solve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in full-stack software development, including designing, building, and maintaining applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes is preferred.
- Ability to lead technical projects, make architectural decisions, and guide a team of engineers.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies relevant to modern web applications and cloud services, such as Go, Java, Python, TypeScript, Angular, and React.
Benefits
- Poland-based role with PLN 480,000–492,000 base pay, a 20% target bonus, equity, and benefits.
