Base Salary
$88k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
- Lead onsite and remote installations of Carbyne SaaS products for 911 PSAP and other public safety customers.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful implementations.
- Provide advanced technical training, knowledge transfer, and deployment support.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on complex technical solutions and troubleshooting.
- Serve as a trusted customer advisor and provide post-implementation assistance, including after-hours installation support.
- Improve deployment processes and documentation for efficiency and scalability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Product, Marketing, Development, and leadership teams to deliver projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- At least 8+ years of experience in a technical role related to VoIP, such as PBX or call center systems.
- Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience planning, executing, and delivering complex projects.
- Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and the OSI model.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Preferred experience in the public safety industry, including ENP Certification or NG911.
- Preferred knowledge of Cisco UCS, FreeSWITCH, streaming technologies, SIP, RTSP, RTMP, SIP-to-PSTN gateways, SIP Trunk, Wowza, and WebRTC.
