Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy security controls, guardrails, and AI security solutions across cloud-native platforms.
- Run password audits, network and web application vulnerability scans, and intrusion detection activities.
- Automate security processes, compliance checks, and Infrastructure as Code checks in delivery pipelines.
- Conduct risk audits and assessments and provide practical recommendations to engineering teams.
- Monitor and analyze system access logs, identify anomalies, and support incident response.
- Plan and test security backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Partner with first- and second-line InfoSec teams and translate technical security work for product and engineering audiences.
Requirements
- Practical experience writing and deploying applications or tooling in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud-native environments.
- Demonstrable experience deploying AI security solutions, guardrails, and defenses for customer-facing AI systems.
- Proficiency in at least one of C#, Python, Java, PowerShell, or Bash, with experience automating security processes.
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and Compliance as Code practices.
- Experience working in Agile, DevOps-driven teams with frequent continuous delivery.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate security risks and technical decisions to product and engineering teams.
- Collaborative mindset focused on building trust and encouraging secure defaults.
