Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and dashboards using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Perform service management for Upstream and business-segment applications in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Report critical outages and manage incidents, problems, production releases, and user queries through resolution.
- Collaborate with teams in the United States, Canada, India, and other locations to support Power Platform applications.
- Work with vendors and internal support teams to follow up on system issues and improve production-support and stability reporting.
- Create proofs of concept and evaluate new technologies.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Ability to collaborate with India- and US-based teams during early mornings or late evenings and take shifts supporting the US time zone.
- Preferred experience with Power Platform Administration, CoE Toolkit, Copilot Studio, AI applications, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Automate desktop RPA, and SQL queries.
- Some background in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
