Responsibilities
- Create scalable and robust solutions for merchant integrations while adhering to payment best practices.
- Serve as a consultative partner in e-commerce, point of sale, and multi-faceted platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance merchant experiences.
- Oversee high-quality project delivery, ensuring the technical integrity of integrations.
- Consult on optimizing payment solutions and collaborate with Developers and Product Managers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience integrating with Web APIs.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
- Experience with distributed systems, database design, and systems architecture.
- Excellent communication skills for leading meetings with decision-makers.
- Empathetic to customer needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
