Base Salary
$220k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of frontier LLMs and improve engine design.
- Integrate new model capabilities into the product, including planning and autonomous execution.
- Collaborate with the agent engine layer to create reliable primitives.
- Design and own the core primitives of Computer, such as Skills and Workflows.
- Develop evaluation systems to ensure capabilities are best-in-class before rollout.
- Set technical direction on ambiguous problems and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with complex systems.
- Strong backend or full-stack engineering skills in distributed systems.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in scoping and driving projects.
- Strong product judgment and ability to turn vague needs into reliable systems.
- Comfort with data-informed decision-making and defining metrics.
- Genuine interest in AI products and a willingness to learn quickly.
