Base Salary
$275k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the architecture counterpart for customer enterprise architects and technical leadership from pre-sales through large-scale production deployments.
- Design target solution architectures integrating Taktile with customers’ core systems, data platforms, and surrounding services.
- Own complex architecture questions involving integration patterns, deployment models, throughput, latency, security, compliance, and data residency.
- Lead architecture workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and reference architecture reviews with customer stakeholders.
- Represent Taktile in senior architecture discussions with enterprise customers.
- Create reusable reference architectures, integration blueprints, and best practices for Forward Deployed Engineering and Sales teams.
- Support Account Executives and Solution Engineers on complex enterprise deals and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers on delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, including substantial work with large enterprises; financial-services experience is preferred.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of AWS and enterprise integration patterns including event-driven architectures, messaging, APIs, batch, and streaming.
- Experience integrating modern SaaS platforms with legacy systems such as core banking, loan origination, loan management, mainframes, and on-premises estates.
- Knowledge of security and compliance for regulated enterprises, including authentication, authorization, network architecture, encryption, data residency, and audit requirements.
- Ability to communicate architecture clearly to deeply technical and executive audiences and engage credibly with enterprise architects, Heads of Engineering, and CTOs.
- Ability to operate across pre-sales and post-sales and make architecture decisions that are customer-appropriate and commercially sound.
- Preferred: experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Principal Consultant at a B2B SaaS company, cloud provider, or top-tier consultancy serving financial institutions.
- Preferred: production experience designing AI/ML or Generative AI workloads.
- Preferred: relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or TOGAF.
- Preferred: experience responding to enterprise RFPs and security or architecture reviews.
