Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on implementation, configuration, customization, and solution builds using ServiceNow AI capabilities.
- Drive AI solution innovation, roadmap development, adoption, and value realization across internal and customer initiatives.
- Deliver technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, deep-dive sessions, advisory guidance, and implementation recommendations.
- Own enterprise architecture decisions for AI implementations and ensure alignment with platform strategy.
- Manage relationships with platform owners, ServiceNow administrators, customers, and other technical stakeholders.
- Partner with AI Strategists, Sales, Product Management, Product Success, marketing, and product development teams.
- Develop technical enablement content, training sessions, implementation guidance, AI Impact Accelerators, and technical documentation.
- Monitor AI industry trends and contribute to thought leadership, white papers, knowledge base articles, and point-of-view documents.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technology implementation or solution delivery experience.
- Advisory or consulting experience with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Either 5+ years of deep ServiceNow platform expertise with hands-on implementation across multiple product suites, plus CSA and CIS-ITSM certifications, or 5+ years of AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science experience with demonstrated solution implementation experience.
- CAD certification is expected within the first year for the ServiceNow expertise path; candidates on the AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science path will be supported in obtaining CSA, CIS-ITSM, and CAD certifications within the first year.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Agents, or Predictive Intelligence.
- Preferred experience with prompt engineering, LLM integration, or agentic AI development.
- Startup or early-stage experience, cross-functional collaboration, industry connections, and experience driving zero-to-one initiatives are preferred.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% annually.
