Solution Architect, Strategic Portfolio & Enterprise Architecture

Responsibilities
- Own strategic ServiceNow platform portfolios across multiple workflow domains and establish enterprise governance frameworks and architecture standards.
- Define scalable enterprise-grade ServiceNow architectures using TOGAF or equivalent frameworks and ServiceNow technical standards.
- Develop platform portfolio roadmaps, reference architectures, governance standards, and reusable architecture frameworks.
- Advise customer architecture teams, product stakeholders, senior leaders, and C-suite executives on multi-year platform strategies and transformation.
- Lead executive architecture workshops, strategic portfolio reviews, pre-sales activities, roadmap definition, and implementation complexity assessments.
- Influence ServiceNow product roadmaps and represent strategic portfolio priorities across Product Management, Engineering, and Customer & Partner Excellence.
- Mentor delivery teams and partners and cultivate an enterprise architecture community of practice.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, strategic IT portfolio management, or senior technical advisory roles in professional services or consulting, or equivalent education and experience.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman and strategic portfolio governance across complex, large-scale organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to shape enterprise strategy at the C-suite level and communicate portfolio risks, trade-offs, and transformation priorities.
- Experience producing enterprise architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, governance frameworks, visual models, and architecture blueprints.
- Experience leading strategic architecture reviews and portfolio governance sessions with enterprise customers.
- Experience evaluating AI integration, AI-powered workflow orchestration, agentic automation, and AI governance within enterprise architectures.
- Strong ability to synthesize technical and business requirements into scalable platform strategies and operate independently on complex engagements.
- Certified System Administrator certification, or ability to achieve it within the first 60 days.
- At least two relevant Certified Implementation Specialist certifications, or ability to achieve them within the first 90 days.
- Certified Technical Architect certification is required or must be achieved within the first 365 days.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
