Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to complex life sciences enterprise customers.
- Architect technology solutions for commercial and clinical operations using the Salesforce Platform and Agentforce for Life Sciences.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives, contribute to the consulting practice, and expand the community knowledge base.
- Design and optimize application, data, integration, security, and business-process solutions.
- Identify and manage risks, resolve complex issues, negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners, and manage customer expectations.
- Review and correct project or program direction, approaches, and key artifacts to ensure solutions remain maintainable and extendable.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, clients, and partners while contributing to program vision and strategy.
- Present and defend technical points of view and teach complex concepts to varied audiences, including C-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- Strong application design skills and strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
- Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments, including commercial operations, field force engagement, HCP/HCO relationship management, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication, listening, analytical, and business-process optimization skills.
- Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Strong experience with integration concepts, designs, and patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, with equivalent work experience considered.
- Multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications or Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant certification are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Life Sciences or equivalent life sciences CRM platforms is preferred, including HCP/HCO structures, Affiliations, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, and compliant engagement workflows.
- Experience supporting or delivering implementations for major pharmaceutical companies and familiarity with agentic enterprise models and AI agents in life sciences operations are preferred.

- The stated base salary range is $173,460–$313,700 annually, with location-specific ranges including $190,750–$344,700 per year in California, New York, and select metropolitan areas.
