Base Salary
$164k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate complex cloud requirements into actionable product requirements and PRDs for Product Managers.
- Design and validate enterprise-grade architectures and workflows with Product Management and Engineering.
- Conduct hands-on feature validation in laboratory and customer environments.
- Provide field teams with technical documentation, architectural guides, demos, and enablement materials.
- Support Sales Engineering and Professional Services by validating field-facing content and implementation approaches.
- Serve as a technical consultant to customers and partners on cloud architecture and integration questions.
- Perform deep-dive demos, validate complex integrations, and troubleshoot implementation hurdles in real time.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Product roles within a cybersecurity or enterprise software company.
- Strong expertise in at least one major cloud service provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and identity services.
- Demonstrated ability to perform hands-on validation, deep-dive demos, complex integration validation, and implementation troubleshooting.
- Excellent ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executive and technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
- Preferred experience in cloud security, data resilience, or hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Preferred experience working directly with Cloud Architects or Security Engineering teams.
