Base Salary
$175k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve observability and resilience baselines aligned with risk reduction goals.
- Measure service compliance against standards and drive solutions to close gaps.
- Design and deliver scalable observability capabilities across the software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or site reliability engineering.
- Hands-on experience with observability and resilience practices.
- Strong programming skills in Go and/or Python.
- Ability to navigate complex technical challenges and propose scalable solutions.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled software features end-to-end.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills.
