Responsibilities
- Own the infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling for the engineering team.
- Set the technical direction for reliability, security, and compliance.
- Shape the design and scalability of the external API.
- Partner with engineering leadership to define roadmap priorities.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and hands-on collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or developer productivity.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Comfortable making technical decisions and tradeoffs under pressure.
- Actively incorporates AI tools into day-to-day workflows.
