Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product features across both frontend and backend.
- Develop clean, high-performing interfaces using React.
- Work closely with engineers and product stakeholders to translate customer needs into solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions to shape the platform's evolution.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and inform your work.
- Manage projects from specification through to launch, taking initiative without hand-holding.
- Uphold high standards for code quality, documentation, and reliability.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering, building and deploying production applications.
- Strong proficiency in React with full-stack capabilities, including backend development.
- Experience with Go or a willingness to learn it.
- A product-focused mindset considering user experience in technical implementation.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting decisions in an async-first environment.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or infrastructure products is a strong plus.
