$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate backend services in Go or Python for the managed infrastructure platform.
- Develop control plane services for Kubernetes and Slurm clusters across large-scale GPU infrastructure.
- Automate cluster lifecycle management, workload scheduling, and platform operations.
- Enhance the reliability, scalability, security, and observability of the managed platform.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, AI, and platform engineering teams.
- Contribute to technical design, architecture, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Significant experience designing and operating production backend systems using Go or Python.
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes or Slurm in large-scale production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience building scalable backend services and automation for infrastructure operations.
- Familiarity with observability, CI/CD, and incident response.
- Ability to manage complex technical projects while collaborating across teams.
