Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Talk directly with customers and partner with product teams to turn review workflows into agent capabilities such as dashboards, analysis scripts, and telemetry insights.
- Build and own frontend surfaces for Sift Agents from the initial MVP through subsequent iterations.
- Design agentic interaction patterns for streaming responses, long-running tasks, interruptions, and transparent display of agent work.
- Render agent findings alongside supporting telemetry while maintaining performance on large real-time datasets.
- Optimize browser execution using Web Workers, OPFS-backed caching, and approaches outside React when necessary.
- Contribute to the component library and maintain consistent agentic UI patterns across the product.
- Collaborate with backend and full stack engineers on APIs supporting agent sessions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience building complex, high-performance web applications with React, NextJS, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Strong product ownership orientation, including talking to customers, deciding what to build, and shipping product iterations.
- Strong attention to frontend details including micro-interactions, latency, frame rate, and interface polish.
- Curiosity about new AI products, agents, models, and features.
- Bonus: experience shipping products at scale with large data volumes, significant active user counts, or deep technical complexity.
- Bonus: experience shipping LLM-powered features or building chat and agentic interfaces with streaming responses, tool-call rendering, and long-running tasks.
- Bonus: understanding of web performance optimization and browser rendering.
- Bonus: experience with Tailwind, Radix UI, WebGL, D3.js, Apache ECharts, WebAssembly, time-series data, dashboards, data-editing environments, or scientific computing and hardware telemetry.
