Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical implementations for customer deployments.
Design and develop custom workflows and integrations tailored to customer needs.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues within customer environments.
Establish trusted relationships with customer engineering and technical teams.
Share field insights with product and engineering teams to inform improvements.
Guide customers in defining deployment architectures and best practices.
Create deployment playbooks and technical documentation to accelerate future projects.

Experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
Strong development fundamentals with the ability to write production-quality code.
Direct experience collaborating with customers to solve technical problems.
Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems, or cloud-based architectures.
Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for outcomes from discovery through delivery.
Experience with developer tools, infrastructure platforms, enterprise software, or AI-native products is a strong plus.
