Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise security technologies including Teleport, DLP, and EDR.
- Monitor platform health and operational performance of security technologies.
- Assist with implementing secure configurations and hardening standards.
- Support operational security for AI platforms and SaaS-based tools.
- Investigate and respond to EDR alerts and security incidents.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure endpoint security controls are maintained.
- Support data protection initiatives and policy enforcement.
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Assist with automation of operational and security processes.
- Support compliance initiatives related to security frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering roles.
- Experience with enterprise security technologies such as DLP and EDR.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and associated security considerations.
- Understanding of Zero Trust and least privilege access concepts.
- Experience with Linux and Windows administration.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
