Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the foundational work of a machine learning system at CLEAR.
- Design, build, and deploy ML models for applications such as document and image processing and fraud detection.
- Develop and implement robust data pipelines for data collection, pre-processing, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Collaborate with product and stakeholders to uncover requirements and solve complex problems.
- Make architectural decisions and strive for continuous improvement in technology and processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building, operating, and scaling ML models for consumer applications.
- Experience designing and implementing complex data pipelines for ML models.
- Expertise in feature engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring less experienced team members and comfort with ambiguity.
