Base Salary
$155k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the Close product for accounting and finance teams.
- Integrate collaboration, automation, and workflow tools with financial data.
- Engage in tight feedback loops with customers to improve product quality.
- Refactor and improve existing systems, codebase, and tools.
- Build robust, high-quality programs with a focus on resilience and observability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time software development experience.
- Fluency in backend fundamentals, including data structures and database concepts.
- Strong code design skills for building high-quality software.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI development workflows and product thinking is advantageous.
