Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and solution shaping for GenAI and agentic AI initiatives.
- Drive early-stage opportunities by partnering with account executives and technical teams.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into validated AI solution designs.
- Build proof-of-concepts quickly to validate architectural assumptions.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks and tools.
- Present complex AI concepts in simple terms for stakeholders.
- Stay involved through MVP or first production release to ensure solution effectiveness.
- Define evaluation criteria for AI quality and business impact.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and production-readiness principles.
- Convert field learnings into reusable assets for Solvd.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT with strong software design and engineering background.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI or agentic AI systems.
- Proficient in combining engineering patterns with emerging AI capabilities.
- Skilled in guiding teams through ambiguity and rapid prototyping.
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of LLM orchestration and AI workload cost modeling.
- Proficiency with major cloud platforms and their AI/ML services.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
