Base Salary
$170k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for document content extraction and transformation.
- Lead architectural decisions using OCR technologies like Tesseract and Apryse.
- Drive initiatives to improve product scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures using AWS services and Kafka.
- Build production-grade applications across C#/.Net and document extraction technologies.
- Ensure security, performance, and compliance across all implementations.
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical skills and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience on cloud platforms.
- 5+ years in technical leadership roles using OCR technologies.
- Expert proficiency in C#/.NET and OCR technologies like Tesseract.
- Experience building event-driven, microservice-based products.
- Proficiency in observability tools, preferably with DataDog.
