Responsibilities

  • Provide email and live technical support to enterprise customers for complex technical issues.
  • Identify and reproduce product issues, perform QA, and submit bug reports or feature requests.
  • Collaborate with software developers, sales engineers, and technical account managers on customer issues.
  • Streamline and improve Support and Engineering processes and tools.
  • Ensure a positive support experience for customers during every interaction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of advanced customer-facing technical support experience.
  • Experience with MySQL or MySQL-like databases and SQL Query Optimization.
  • Solid sysadmin/QA/Testing skill set, comfortable with Linux and system I/O.
  • Experience with a scripting or coding language like Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and AWS/GCP.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
