Responsibilities
- Provide email and live technical support to enterprise customers for complex technical issues.
- Identify and reproduce product issues, perform QA, and submit bug reports or feature requests.
- Collaborate with software developers, sales engineers, and technical account managers on customer issues.
- Streamline and improve Support and Engineering processes and tools.
- Ensure a positive support experience for customers during every interaction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of advanced customer-facing technical support experience.
- Experience with MySQL or MySQL-like databases and SQL Query Optimization.
- Solid sysadmin/QA/Testing skill set, comfortable with Linux and system I/O.
- Experience with a scripting or coding language like Python, Bash, or Go.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and AWS/GCP.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
