Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered enterprise applications and services.
- Build scalable platforms for AI-native enterprise tooling.
- Implement intelligent workflows, AI-assisted automation, and conversational experiences.
- Integrate commercial and open-source Large Language Models into enterprise applications.
- Build scalable backend systems for model integration, orchestration, and data processing.
- Deploy and operate secure, scalable, production-ready enterprise AI solutions in collaboration with product, data science, ML, and platform teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with Python, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and Blazor.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-enabled applications using LLMs, RAG, MPC, prompt engineering, and conversational AI.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions into production environments.
- Experience building AI-powered applications beyond the proof-of-concept stage.
- Ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Desirable experience with machine learning frameworks, statistical modelling, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG or Graph RAG architectures.
- Desirable experience with Docker and containerization, Databricks, SSIS, and Power BI integration.
