Responsibilities
- Support client-facing pilots, onboarding, and training for legal teams.
- Design and evaluate AI use cases for contract review, legal research, and drafting.
- Capture user insights and translate them into actionable product feedback.
- Document best practices and contribute to internal playbooks for deploying legal AI at scale.
- Collaborate with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, Product teams, and clients across global regions.
Requirements
- Completed J.D. required.
- 0+ years of experience accepted, including trainee or paralegal experience.
- Interest in law and willingness to engage with AI, product features, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
- Strong communication skills to translate clearly between lawyers and technologists.
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to evaluating AI outputs.
- Adaptability and proactivity in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
