Responsibilities
- Translate AI research prototypes into robust, scalable MVPs and production applications.
- Architect and implement AI/ML pipelines involving computer vision, LLMs, intelligent agents, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Lead full-stack development using React/TypeScript on the frontend and Python/C++ on the backend.
- Design scalable microservices, APIs, cloud-native applications, and secure system architectures.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Architect and optimize AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure for cost and performance.
- Implement authentication, encryption, data protection, monitoring, logging, and fault-tolerant strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, lead Agile ceremonies, and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and global engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience deploying production AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and JavaScript/React.
- Experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, and vLLM.
- Familiarity with Hugging Face, open-source models, and LLM APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Ability to execute complex work autonomously, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and solve complex problems.
- Preferred experience with MLflow, DVC, FastAPI, TorchServe, confidential computing, TEE, AI security, GPU/TPU acceleration, performance profiling, A/B testing frameworks, open-source development, and Agile leadership.
