Responsibilities

Standardize, implement, and maintain the enterprise DevOps toolchain.
Design and implement scalable service catalogs, DevOps automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and workflows using blue-green and canary deployment strategies.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled DevOps and engineering practices to improve developer productivity and delivery speed.
Integrate Generative AI and AIOps capabilities into developer workflows and software development lifecycle processes.
Ensure deployment frameworks are integrated across workstreams and follow standardized processes and best practices.
Support production and development environments across integrated systems.
Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and training on DevOps tools and practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation and requirements for DevOps technologies.
Measure and improve developer productivity and experience using data-driven insights and tooling enhancements.

7+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines using tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Harness, and Jenkins.
5+ years of experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with code quality, security, and compliance tools.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience administering and managing Artifactory for artifact repositories, package lifecycle governance, dependency management, and CI/CD integrations.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer productivity tools including GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile practices, and ITIL frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent required; master’s degree preferred.
