Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions and interface with other teams to support customer needs.
- Create and code approaches that improve the quality, efficiency, and resilience of software applications.
- Implement cloud-based enterprise software in data centers around the world using pipeline technologies.
- Determine appropriate software designs and architectures for projects.
- Use SQL and NoSQL databases in software design, development, and implementation.
- Deploy applications using Kubernetes.
- Support customers in achieving their goals with Solventum software services.
- Work independently and collaboratively, and provide leadership and guidance to others.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and 5 years of Java/J2EE development, or a high school diploma/GED and 9 years of Java/J2EE development.
- Experience with enterprise-level, high-volume hosted applications in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
- Experience using SQL and NoSQL databases in design, development, and implementation.
- Experience using Kubernetes to deploy applications.
- Ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and information effectively to both user and technical audiences.
- Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with HL7 and X12 transactions are preferred.
- Experience with IntelliJ, JIRA, Ansible, Jenkins, or Git is preferred.
- Experience with Kafka is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and to lead and guide others.
