- Ship production-grade Growth surfaces, managing layout, interaction, motion, accessibility, and performance.
- Define quality standards for AI-assisted outputs through reviews and reusable patterns.
- Extend AI-enabled tools and processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Trailblaze the Design Engineer function, owning work from problem framing to launch.
- Measure impact by evaluating both personal output and team shipping speed.
Requirements
- Strong experience in design and front-end engineering with a portfolio of shipped interfaces.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS, and an animation library.
- Active use of Cursor and Claude Code in daily workflow with a focus on production-quality output.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies in workflows and create solutions.
- Comfort in building from scratch and setting direction without templates.
