Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across solution threads and set engineering direction across squads.
- Architect and implement enterprise-grade AI services, including agents, RAG pipelines, orchestration layers, and platform components.
- Engage senior client stakeholders, communicate technical trade-offs, and ensure engineering quality in complex client environments.
- Drive operational readiness, including reliability, observability, security, evaluation, telemetry, runbooks, versioning, and release management.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical reviews, and establish reusable reference architectures and accelerators.
- Contribute to Responsible AI practices, internal knowledge sharing, and external thought leadership.
- Manage stakeholders, budgets, risks, and technical teams across client engagements.
Requirements
- Deep software and systems engineering experience with Python or TypeScript and distributed systems.
- Applied AI expertise covering LLM/RAG engineering, evaluation, telemetry, drift monitoring, versioning, and release management.
- Cloud architecture experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, plus Kubernetes or Docker, serverless systems, IAM, and network security.
- Strong data engineering experience with Spark or Databricks and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Experience with cloud-native data and AI architectures, enterprise integration, and SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, runbooks, and rollback procedures.
- Consulting leadership experience involving stakeholders, budgets, risks, and team leadership.
- Graph or big-data stack, streaming, cloud architect certifications, and Responsible AI governance credentials are desirable.
- A PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Engineering is desirable but not essential.
