Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and improve client and internal automation solutions, AI agents, and workflows.
  • Partner with SEO delivery teams to identify operational challenges and translate them into practical automation solutions.
  • Lead discovery, scoping, requirements definition, success measurement, delivery support, testing, implementation, and handover for bespoke client automation projects.
  • Provide client-facing demonstrations, updates, recommendations, and explanations of AI, automation, and search capabilities.
  • Own and maintain the SEO AI and automation roadmap and prioritize initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Drive AI literacy, adoption, responsible experimentation, training, guidance, and best-practice documentation across the SEO practice.
  • Establish knowledge-sharing processes and manage reusable prompts, tools, frameworks, assets, platform access, onboarding, and governance.
  • Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, compliance, responsible AI principles, and applicable dentsu policies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Innovation, and Development Solutions teams to scale successful solutions and develop reusable products and services.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience designing and delivering automation, AI-enabled workflows, or agent-based solutions in a business environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or comparable automation and agent-building platforms.
  • A coding or technical development background is beneficial; experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted coding tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to translate operational or client challenges into clear technical requirements and practical solutions.
  • Experience scoping initiatives, defining success measures, and managing delivery from discovery through adoption.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI, information security, privacy, and governance considerations.
  • Confident stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience delivering training, creating guidance, and supporting organizational change and adoption.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, test-and-learn mindset.
  • Experience in SEO, search marketing, or digital delivery is a major advantage but is not essential.
