Responsibilities

  • Lead technical execution for domain features and services and ensure reliable, maintainable delivery.
  • Drive solution design for APIs, data models, workflows, and application components within architectural standards.
  • Maintain engineering standards through code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD, instrumentation, monitoring, and observability.
  • Partner with Product, UX, and domain subject-matter experts to translate requirements into technical approaches.
  • Identify and mitigate technical debt, performance issues, delivery risks, and unclear requirements.
  • Mentor engineers through pairing, coaching, and technical feedback.
  • Represent the team technically in planning, estimation, and trade-off decisions.
  • Support incident response, root cause analysis, resilience, and operational excellence.
  • Lead full-stack delivery across backend services and modern user interfaces.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and production operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience delivering production-grade solutions.
  • Experience leading technical delivery within agile teams.
  • Proficiency in testing, code review, CI/CD, instrumentation, and monitoring.
  • Working knowledge of REST, GraphQL, events, domain modeling, and data persistence approaches.
  • Full-stack development experience, including React or a comparable modern UI framework.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, infrastructure as code such as Terraform, containers, source control, build and deployment orchestration, automated testing, observability, and secure zero-downtime delivery.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
