Responsibilities
- Launch and scale high-quality AI agents for patient activation and care coordination.
- Build the evaluation and reinforcement learning pipeline to improve agent performance.
- Compose multiple agents into a unified AI Nurse experience.
- Deploy to production and iterate based on real user interactions.
- Shape the technical roadmap in collaboration with the founders.
- Make architectural decisions to support scalability.
Requirements
- Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with evaluation pipelines for AI systems.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning from human feedback.
- Ability to monitor and debug AI systems in production.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build new solutions.
